Your mission As our Business Development & Sales Manager, you'll own commercial traction for our first product, Twinhale, and help drive the next phase of our growth. This is an initial 12-month parental leave cover with strong potential for extension based on performance and company growth. You will …   … build a strong pipeline of new opportunities beyond our existing network. … run targeted outbound across LinkedIn, email, and conferences to engage new accounts. … open new business with Pharma, Biotech, and CDMOs working in respiratory disease, inhalation, and drug development. … move commercial conversations from first contact to qualified opportunity. … prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial materials with the team ... own structured, reliable follow-up with new leads and existing accounts. … grow our partner and multiplier network — CROs, CDMOs, and other strategic partners … represent Ebenbuild at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings (occasional international travel). Your profile Advanced degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or medicine — PhD a plus. 3+ years in business development, technical sales, or commercial project management at Pharma, Biotech, or CDMOs — ideally in respiratory disease, inhalation, or drug development. A proven hunter — you've built pipeline from cold outbound and enjoy doing it. Able to grasp complex science and explain it clearly to customers. Disciplined operator — you move deals forward and build trust in customer-facing settings. Hands-on across the full cycle — strategy, outreach, proposals, and follow-up. You bring structure and momentum to an ambiguous, early-stage commercial setup. Excellent English (spoken and written); German a plus. Why us?
