Freight Forwarding Specialist - Export

Coordinate international freight shipments (sea, air, and land) for imports and exports

Manage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents

Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoices)

Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs holds, or documentation issues

Negotiate freight rates and optimize shipping and logistics costs

Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and customs procedures

Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams on shipment planning and cost allocation

Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare regular status reports to management

Monitor Incoterms application and ensure proper risk and cost allocation on each shipment

Propose solutions to improve shipping efficiency and reduce logistics costs

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

Professional Experience: 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding / international shipping, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and import/export documentation

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar) and advanced MS Office skills
