Senior Administration Officer Are you highly organised, reliable, and someone people naturally trust to keep things running smoothly? This is a unique opportunity to step into a Senior Administration Officer role supporting a progressive Global Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in a privately owned, high-growth organisation with operations across Australia, Canada, the US and the UK. We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds — including retail, hospitality, operations, logistics, administration, or project coordination — who bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and a proactive mindset, along with a stable work history that reflects reliability and career growth. About the role Reporting directly to the Global CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the CFO’s office. You will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and organisational support, helping manage priorities, streamline workflows, and keep things operating efficiently. The CFO is highly progressive and embraces emerging technologies and AI to improve decision-making and productivity, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working smarter and continuously improving how things are done. What you’ll be doing Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Global CFO and Company Secretary. Manage a complex, international calendar across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries and key meetings. Support inbox and correspondence management, including drafting communications where appropriate. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication. Maintain accurate, organised, and confidential records and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency. About you You may already be working in administration, team support, office coordination, customer service, operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication, and problem-solving are essential. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You’ll bring: A strong track record of reliability and performance in administrative, coordination, customer-facing, or operational roles. A stable and credible work history that demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and the ability to take on increasing responsibility over time. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. High emotional intelligence and confidence interacting with a range of stakeholders. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow through. Interest in technology, innovation, and AI-driven ways of working. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Formal qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are beneficial but not essential.
