supply chain intern -Fresh Grad

Job Description: support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing raw materials. Follow up with suppliers on quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

Assist in maintaining procurement records and supplier databases.

Monitor purchase order status and ensure timely material availability.

Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams regarding material requirements.

Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance trackers.

Internship Start date : 28/7/2026 Duration : 4 months

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management

Business Administration

Industrial Engineering

Logistics

Commerce, or a related field.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
