- Customer Service – Greet, seat, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle complaints.
- Order Management – Enter orders correctly, coordinate with kitchen and bar.
- Beverage Service – Serve wine and beer responsibly, check IDs if needed.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene – Keep tables clean, follow safety regulations.
- Teamwork & Communication – Work with colleagues, report issues to managers.
