CMP Co-VPs Marketing are responsible for building CMP Home Base's public presence, communicating its new identity to the Sauder community, and driving awareness and opt-in participation across all channels. Note: You do not need to co-apply with another applicant. Time Commitment 4 - 6 hours/week Term of Employment July 2026 - April 2027 Main Responsibilities Lead CMP's rebrand strategy to reflect its new identity as a peer connection and belonging program rather than an academic service Manage all marketing channels including Instagram, the CMP website, and email communications Create content that authentically communicates what CMP Home Base is and why first-years should get involved Promote all CMP events and programming, including the Welcome Week Kickoff, Mid-Year Reset, and recurring coffee chats Develop and distribute opt-in campaigns to maximize first-year sign-ups for buddy pairings and peer pods Design and maintain visual assets that reflect the warmth and approachability of CMP's new direction Qualifications Strong creative and graphic design abilities Genuine interest in storytelling and community-oriented content Proficient in digital marketing and social media strategy Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with Canva, Squarespace, and/or Mailchimp is an asset What to include: Cover letter stating your interest and why you'd be awesome for the role. 1-page resume with your most relevant experiences.
