We are looking for motivated individuals to join Coinhako as a Finance Intern in 2026. This internship is designed to give students meaningful, hands-on exposure to the finance function within a fast-moving fintech environment. You will work closely with the team on day-to-day operations, gaining practical insight into the processes and workflows that keep a financial services business running. By the end of your internship, you will come away with a solid grounding in finance fundamentals and a clearer picture of what a career in this space looks like. What you'll be doing: Financial Record Keeping - Maintain the general ledger and accounting records - Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Process journal entries and account adjustments - Maintain supporting schedules and documentation Accounts Payable & Receivable - Review and process supplier invoices and payments - Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances - Perform vendor and customer reconciliations Month-End & Year-End Closing - Prepare month-end closing journals and reconciliations - Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and key balance sheet accounts - Investigate and resolve reconciling items - Support year-end financial closing and audit processes Financial Reporting - Prepare management accounts and financial reports - Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements Fintech / Digital Asset Operations - Reconcile digital asset balances across wallets, exchanges, and custodians - Perform daily and month-end Asset-Liability Management (ALM) reconciliations - Prepare mark-to-market valuations for digital assets - Reconcile customer asset segregation accounts - Monitor settlement positions with liquidity providers and counterparties - Support MAS regulatory reporting and capital calculations - Investigate blockchain transaction discrepancies and operational breaks - Prepare crypto-specific audit schedules and impairment assessments - Support system implementation and other ad-hoc project work   What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment - Ability to commit to a 6 months full-time internship   What’s in it for you: - Friendly and fun start-up work culture - Convenient work location located in the heart of CBD area - Vibrant office with a well-stocked pantry Find out more about Coinhako here https://www.coinhako.com/ and don't forget to visit our Careers Page https://www.coinhako.com/join-us By submitting your application to us, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is accessible at https://www.coinhako.com/legal/sg-1/privacy_policy.
