About the job We are looking for an experienced Lead Client Onboarding Manager to join our growing team at Celsion Bank in Liechtenstein. In this highly visible role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding journey of sophisticated institutional and professional clients operating in digital assets, from first engagement through to account activation. Onboarding is where our commercial pipeline becomes revenue. You will own the process that turns complex institutional prospects into active clients, efficiently, professionally and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Acting as the central coordinator between Business Development, Account Management, Compliance, Legal and Operations, you sit firmly in the first line of defence: you prepare and quality-assure each case, while regulatory decisions remain with Compliance. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy untangling complex structures, and treat onboarding speed and client experience as commercial outcomes you are accountable for. Your responsibilities Owning and coordinating the complete client onboarding journey from client handover by Business Development until account activation and   subsequent   handover to Account Management Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle Driving KYC and due diligence as a  first   line  of  defence : ensuring documentation is complete,  accurate  and decision-ready before submission to Compliance Managing complex onboarding cases across institutional and professional client structures Assessing source of funds, source of wealth and beneficial ownership as part of  first   line  due diligence Owning time-to-onboard as a key performance metric and removing bottlenecks across the client journey Continuously improving onboarding workflows, documentation  standards  and operational efficiency Preparing regular onboarding report s  for management Supporting client lifecycle events, periodic reviews and account changes where  required What you offer At least 5 years of experience in a bank, regulated financial institution or fintech, in client onboarding, relationship management, operations or first   line compliance Demonstrable experience managing complex institutional onboarding cases across multiple internal stakeholders Strong command of institutional KYC,  AML  and client due diligence, including beneficial ownership and complex structures The judgement to balance commercial urgency with regulatory requirements, and the confidence to hold the line on quality Excellent  organisational  skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to run multiple onboarding cases in parallel Strong communication  skills and credibility with demanding institutional clients A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine sense of ownership Experience within digital assets, crypto or blockchain is ideal but not  required ; a strong interest in the space is essential Knowledge of the Liechtenstein,  Swiss  or European regulatory environment Fluency in German and English What we offer A pivotal role at the intersection of clients,  business  and compliance within one of Europe's most innovative regulated digital asset banks Potential to build and head the dedicated onboarding team as  Celsion  scales Direct ownership of the process that converts our institutional pipeline into active, revenue-generating relationships The opportunity to build and shape  Celsion's  institutional onboarding framework from an early stage Close collaboration with senior management and all business functions Short decision-making paths, an entrepreneurial  culture  and real room to grow Flexible working with up to  40% working from home Competitive compensation and the chance to help build the future of regulated digital asset banking Contact Please apply for this exciting opportunity by sending your applic ation to jobs@celsion-bank.com.
