TEAM OVERVIEW
The Global Client Solutions Group (“KCS”) is KKR’s dedicated investor solutions team. KCS, formerly known as the Client and Partner Group (CPG), was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR’s relationships with current and potential investors. The Product Strategy team, which is part of KKR’s Global Client Solutions (KCS) team, partners across KKR’s investing platforms to provide ongoing LP support, including raising, marketing and structuring funds, as well as maintaining an ongoing dialogue with investors. The team collaborates with investment professionals and investment teams to understand portfolios, investment pipelines, and overall market dynamics. The team participates in fundraising activities and is also responsible for supporting the investor diligence process, where a number of requests can be highly technical in nature and the volume and cadence can be fast-paced and demanding. Other ad hoc responsibilities include creating quarterly presentations, consistently updating marketing materials, and drafting communications that convey complex and nuanced topics to a wide range of audiences.
POSITION SUMMARY
KKR’s Product Strategy team within KCS is looking to hire an Analyst/Associate based in New York. The successful candidate will work dynamically across KKR's investing strategies in two primary capacities: (1) deepening relationships with investors and representing KKR's investment strategies and products to support capital formation and (2) managing the internal fundraising and product management processes required to facilitate fundraising, including product structuring, developing marketing materials and ongoing reporting, building prospective investor pipelines, supporting client-specific requests and projects, and coordinating across internal teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with investment professionals to understand portfolios, investment pipelines, and overall market dynamics, with the goal of becoming a knowledgeable representative of KKR's investment strategies in the marketplace. Specific responsibilities will include developing deep knowledge of the KKR platform, its differentiators, and investment strategies. We expect the successful candidate to be highly skilled at supporting live fundraising efforts, leading technical diligence processes with investors, and project managing across internal and external stakeholders.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates will have spent 2–6 years at an investment bank or asset management firm in product strategy, product management, capital formation, investor relations, or a related role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with senior team members on structuring, raising, and maintaining investment products and funds.
Maintain an open dialogue with investors and provide ongoing LP support.

Investment professionals and investment teams to understand portfolios, investment pipelines, and overall market dynamics.
Finance and Operations professionals to support ongoing fund reporting and investor communications.
Sales and Client Solutions professionals to pursue new business opportunities and support investor relationships globally.
Create and update marketing materials, quarterly presentations, and client communications.
Play an active role in the investor diligence process.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$120,000 — $175,000 USD
