Contract period : Immediate – 31 Dec 26 (with an option to extend for another year)

Job title : School Operations Support

Working hours :

• Mondays to Thursdays: 11 am to 8 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
• Fridays: 11 am to 7.30 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
• Saturdays: 8 am to 12 pm, personnel are subjected to perform rostered Saturday duty.
• Sundays and gazette public holidays: Service not required.

Salary :

S$2,160.00 per month – Immediate – 31December 2026 S$2,160.00 per month – 1 January 2027 – 30 June 2027 S$2,337.00 per month – 1 July 2027 – 31 December 2027

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:

• Able to carry out manual work includes carry tables, chairs etc.
• General cleaning duties for classrooms, special rooms, school field etc.
• Traffic warden, security duties, able to carry out minor repairs, DIY and assist the School to supervise term contractors when necessary.
• Able to perform shift duty.
• Any other duties as assigned by the School.

Job Requirements

Able to perform manual work, including handling and moving tables, chairs and other items. Able to perform general cleaning and outdoor operational duties. Comfortable performing traffic warden and security-related duties. Able to carry out minor repairs and DIY tasks. Able to work shifts and perform rostered Saturday duties. Responsible, safety-conscious and able to follow instructions and operational procedures. Prior experience in school operations, facilities support, cleaning, security or similar operational work will be an advantage.
