About Bosta
Bosta is on a mission to revolutionize the e-commerce post-purchase experience. We're building end-to-end logistics infrastructure, from first mile to last mile, powered by tech that puts customers first. As we scale toward 1M+ parcels/day, growth is no longer just a marketing function: it's a product discipline embedded in everything from consumer services to Payments and merchant ecosystem tooling.
About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Growth (Product-Led) to own how Bosta acquires, activates, monetizes, and retains users through the product itself, not just campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role sitting inside the Product function, blending product management, growth strategy, performance marketing, and data science into a single accountable owner.
You'll lead the squads that directly drive Bosta's consumer and merchant growth loops: Growth, Ecosystem, Consumer App, and Payments, and you'll be judged on outcomes (activation, conversion, retention, revenue), not feature output.
About the Product
Bosta's ecosystem spans consumer-facing apps, merchant tools, and the internal systems that power Operations, Support, and Sales. The Consumer App, Payments, and Ecosystem (e.g., Shopify integration) surfaces are the primary growth levers, where UTM attribution, promo mechanics, loyalty, VAS attach, and merchant funnel design directly move the business. This role owns the strategy that ties all of it together.
Job Description
Strategy & Vision
Own the product-led growth strategy across the full funnel: acquisition → activation → monetization → retention, for both consumer end-users and merchants.
Translate Bosta's scale ambitions (250K → 1M parcels/day) into a growth roadmap spanning Consumers, Payments, and Ecosystem squads.
Define and defend board-level growth asks (budget, resourcing, experimentation capacity) with data-backed business cases.
Product-Led Growth Execution
Design and ship in-product growth mechanics: onboarding flows, activation nudges, promo/referral systems, loyalty and VAS attach, pricing/packaging experiments.
Own the merchant growth funnel (vertical-based signup, activation, bundle utilization) and consumer monetization surfaces (Payments Revenue, VAS Attach Rate, Escrow completion).
Build and scale the experimentation engine: A/B testing, feature flagging, and rapid iteration loops across squads.
Performance Marketing
Directly own performance marketing strategy and execution: paid acquisition channels, CAC/LTV targets, campaign planning, and budget allocation.
Integrate paid and organic growth loops with in-product mechanics (e.g., UTM attribution, promo codes, "Fulfilled by Bosta" campaigns).
Data & Measurement
Own the growth KPI framework end-to-end (activation, conversion, retention, CAC/LTV, revenue per user/merchant) and report on it in regular business reviews.
Partner with Data/Analytics to build cohort, funnel, and attribution models that inform squad-level prioritization.
Team Leadership
Hire, coach, and manage a team of product managers across Growth, Ecosystem, Consumers, and Payments.
Set squad-level OKRs and hold direct reports accountable to growth outcomes, not just delivery velocity.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Engineering, Commercial, CX, and Data Science to launch and scale growth initiatives.
Represent Growth at board-level and senior leadership forums, presenting strategy, metrics, and trade-offs clearly.
What you bring
Product-Led Growth expertise: Proven track record building growth loops inside a product (not just running campaigns around one), ideally in consumer apps, marketplaces, fintech, or e-commerce/logistics.
Cross-disciplinary fluency: Comfortable operating across product management, growth/lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, and data, able to go deep in each without needing a translator.
Data-driven decision-making: Strong command of funnel metrics, experimentation methodology, and attribution; able to build and defend a KPI framework, and to spot bias in survey/experiment design.
Monetization experience: Track record improving conversion, attach rate, or revenue-per-user metrics, payments, loyalty, or VAS experience is a strong plus.
Team leadership: Experience managing product managers, with a bias toward outcome accountability over output tracking.
Executive communication: Able to translate growth strategy and trade-offs into clear, board-ready narratives.
Bias to action: Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling startup, hands-on with specs, data pulls, and experiments when needed, not just strategy decks.
