Site Services Coordinator

Location: Springer Tungsten Mine & Mill, Imlay, Nevada Department: Site Services / Operations Reports To: Site Services Administrator

Position Summary

The Site Services Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of site services at the Springer Mine. This role coordinates day-to-day activities that support employees, contractors, and visitors, including travel and accommodations, facilities, transportation, vendors, procurement, and general site logistics. Working closely with internal departments and service providers, the Site Services Coordinator helps maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site support activities to ensure the effective delivery of site services.

Arrange employee and contractor travel, accommodations, transportation, and visitor logistics.

Support site access, onboarding, and coordination of contractors, vendors, and visitors.

Coordinate meetings, training sessions, employee events, and other site activities.

Assist with procurement by creating purchase requisitions, tracking orders, maintaining inventory, and verifying invoices.

Coordinate office, camp, and facility support, including housekeeping, catering, maintenance requests, office supplies, and workspace setup.

Maintain accurate records, service schedules, contractor documentation, and administrative files.

Monitor contractor and vendor performance and communicate service issues or improvement opportunities.

Support budget tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within Site Services.

Promote and support compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies while participating in safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in administration, logistics, facilities coordination, site services, or a similar support role.

Experience in mining, construction, industrial, or remote operations is considered an asset.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an asset.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

Working Conditions

Work is based at a surface mining operation in Imlay, Nevada.

Requires regular interaction with employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.

Combination of office and field work with occasional travel throughout the site.

May require rotational or extended work schedules based on operational needs.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in an active mining environment.

Ability to walk throughout the site and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
