Job Summary

Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking one Maintenance Technician to join the team maintaining several properties in Shaker Heights and Edgewater .

Boiler experience would be helpful.

Pay and Benefits

$23-26/hour, paid weekly

Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an on-call rotation

Responsibilities

Turnovers/make-readies

Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC

Preventative maintenance

Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance

Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States

Valid driver’s license

Personal, insured mode of transportation

Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance

Safely utilize power tools

Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
