Bath Fitter is looking for a hands-on, self-sufficient maintenance professional who thrives working independently and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is not a âsit and watch the clockâ maintenance role. We need someone proactive, mechanically minded, and resourceful â someone who can move from project to project, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our facility running strong overnight.
Youâll spend most of your time supporting facility maintenance projects while continuing to grow your skills alongside our Electromechanical Technician team.
What Youâll Do
Troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment
Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and welding repairs
Support preventive maintenance and improvement projects
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Work independently during overnight operations
What Weâre Looking For
Maintenance, fabrication, or facility repair experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and lay out projects
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical systems
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
