What You'll Do
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, installation, and administrative team
Drive branch growth, profitability, and operational performance
Create accountability through clear goals, expectations, and follow-through
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation
Lead change, solve problems, and continuously improve processes
Collaborate with regional leadership to execute business strategies and growth initiatives
Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to achieve results
Ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and inventory controls
Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team
Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
International travel is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
