Technical Manager Joinery & Fit-Out

Technical Office Manager – Joinery & Fit-Out A Qatar-based joinery and fit-out company is establishing its Technical Back Office in Egypt and is looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager – Joinery . Responsibilities: Lead the technical office team.

Review joinery shop drawings and production drawings.

Coordinate with Qatar workshop and site teams.

Review cutting lists, material take-offs and technical details.

Manage drawing submissions, RFIs and approvals.

Ensure all drawings are practical and ready for manufacturing.

Monitor technical schedules and deliverables.

Issue weekly technical progress reports.

Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in joinery / interior fit-out.

Strong knowledge of furniture and joinery manufacturing.

Excellent AutoCAD skills.

Strong knowledge of MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood and hardware.

Previous GCC projects experience is preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
