As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes of Auterion products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, while providing the overall strategic and operational oversight necessary to ensure excellence across our global value chain.
Responsibilities and Duties
Run the planning, controlling, and optimization of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the supply chain
Serve as the primary operational go-to person between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering and sales — ensuring information flows smoothly and handoffs are seamless
Identify, design, and implement improvements to supply chain processes and tools, including ERP configuration, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation
Document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and drive adoption
Prepare and analyze reports, providing timely and accurate reporting on KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)
Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects
Act as the first point of escalation for supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures — driving rapid, solution-oriented resolution with minimal business impact
Oversee daily supply chain operations - ensuring purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movements are executed on time and in full
Maintain contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies for critical components and high-risk supply categories
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role (e.g., logistics, planning, procurement, customer service)
Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as needed
High level of flexibility, motivation, and reliability
Confident use of Google Workspace (Gsuite)
Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
Solid Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, German skills are a plus
Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills
