Who We Are
Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress.
Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that.
Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.
This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale.
We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.
If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.
Job Profile Summary
As Senior Performance Marketing Manager for APAC, you will be the analytical owner of paid and organic performance across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. Your central mandate is reducing customer acquisition cost, continuously monitoring live campaigns and working with our agency partners and local teams to keep targeting, creative and messaging sharp in every market. You'll bring a genuinely deep understanding of both SEO and GEO, recognising that organic growth today means earning visibility in classic search results and in AI-generated answers alike. This is a senior, largely autonomous role: you will set the performance agenda for the region and be trusted to run with it, while keeping senior leadership clearly informed of how things are tracking.
What you’ll do
Own the regional performance marketing strategy for APAC across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea, with customer acquisition cost (CAC) as the central, ongoing focus
Continuously monitor live campaign performance across search and paid social, identifying underperformance early and acting on it before it becomes a problem
Manage and hold accountable the paid media and SEO agency partners working across APAC, setting clear KPIs, reviewing performance regularly, and pushing for continuous optimisation
Work closely with local teams in each market to keep campaigns culturally relevant and commercially effective, not just consistent for consistency's sake
Own SEO strategy for the region, working with the SEO agency to drive sustainable organic search visibility and traffic
Build and execute a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, ensuring ATOMS content is structured and distributed so it is surfaced by AI-powered search tools and large language models, not just traditional search engines..
Evaluate and test emerging channels relevant to APAC audiences, including RedNote (Xiaohongshu), to identify new opportunities for cost-efficient growth
Manage performance across multiple paid channels, Google Ads, Meta and emerging social platforms, ensuring budget flows to what's working
Keep senior leadership clearly informed of performance trends and emerging opportunities through structured, ongoing updates
Partner with the Head of Marketing on regional budget allocation, prioritising spend toward the channels and markets delivering the strongest returns
What we’re looking for
Substantial experience (7+ years) in performance marketing, with a strong track record of reducing CAC across paid search and social channels
Proven experience managing agency relationships, comfortable setting KPIs, holding partners accountable, and pushing for better results
Deep, hands-on understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical, on-page, and content-driven approaches to organic growth
Genuine understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), how content needs to be structured and distributed to be surfaced in AI-generated answers, and how this complements traditional SEO
Comfortable working across multiple, structurally different APAC markets, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea, adapting strategy to each
Experience managing performance across multiple online channels, spanning both search and paid social platforms
Strong analytical mindset, confident interpreting data, spotting trends, and using insight to make fast decisions
Excellent communication skills, able to distil complex, multi-market data into clear updates that resonate with senior stakeholders
Comfortable working across a large geographic footprint and multiple time zones.
Nice to Have
Experience with RedNote (Xiaohongshu)
Experience marketing into the Japanese and/or Korean markets specifically
Familiarity with LLM or AI search monitoring tools (e.g. tools tracking brand visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, or Perplexity)
Proficiency in an additional APAC language
