Role of Purposes: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our Finance team. This role will focus on supporting complex financial calculations, including management fees and incentive payments, while ensuring a high standard of accuracy and financial integrity. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial analysis capabilities, advanced technical skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting and month-end close activities. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of handling sophisticated financial data with precision. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage complex financial calculations, including management fees, incentive payments, and other finance-related computations with a high level of accuracy. Lead and manage the reconciliation team by allocating workloads, reviewing outputs, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to established financial controls, policies, and deadlines. Support the end-to-end processing of high-volume financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Prepare and deliver regular financial and management reports, including reconciliations and month-end close support activities. Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies or trends, and follow through with appropriate resolutions and recommendations. Communicate effectively with international stakeholders through both written and verbal communication to provide clear financial information and resolve inquiries professionally. Ensure proper documentation, maintain strong internal controls, and uphold data integrity across all financial processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, mentor team members, and escalate critical issues appropriately to ensure smooth financial operations. Monitor team performance, support employee development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as needed. Is This You? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or financial operations. Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to investigate and resolve issues independently. Proven Microsoft Excel skills in a finance environment, including lookup functions, pivot tables, string functions, and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating with international stakeholders. Familiarity with financial systems or ERP platforms is an advantage. Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a small team or finance function is preferred and will be considered an advantage. Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta and/or BSD City.
