Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-impact recruiting efforts within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and talent operations while working directly with experienced recruiters and hiring leaders.
The intern will play a key role in building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting critical hiring initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This is an opportunity to learn recruiting in a real-world, high-growth setting where speed, quality, and candidate experience matter.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Build and maintain candidate pipelines across technical and non-technical roles
Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Assist in reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates based on role requirements
Partner with recruiters to track candidate progress and maintain ATS data accuracy
Support hiring events, career fairs, and on-site interview coordination
Help improve candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
Assist with reporting and recruiting metrics as needed
Qualifications
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience
Previous internship, campus leadership, or work experience preferred but not required
Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-growth environments
Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools
Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Experience working in fast-paced or team-oriented environments
