About the Employer:
Naukr.ai — Your AI Data Scientist
We are building a Generative AI Operating System for Data Science that transforms how organizations interact with their data.
Microgcc is an Enterprise AI SaaS company building and deploying the Naukr AI Enterprise AI Data Scientist platform. Our platform develops and deploys autonomous data science and insights reporting agents that replace manual, offshore-heavy data engineering models. We deliver insights faster, better, and cheaper by bypassing legacy data processing bottlenecks.
Naukr.AI is replacing & augmenting Human Data Scientists with Agents.
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Engineer Intern, you will bridge the gap between our autonomous product and live human execution. You will step onto the front lines at client offices, Global Capability Centers (GCCs),and partner agencies to manage platform deployment, integrate data pipelines, and train enterprise teams to shift from spreadsheets to autonomous AI agents.
Core Responsibilities
• On-Site Deployment & Integration: Travel to client sites locally in NWA to lead technical deployment of the Naukr AI platform.
• Data Integration Support: Assist clients with initial data connection and pipeline setups, helping them automate the heavy "ETL" (Extract, Transform, Load) cleaning burden via our agentic layer.
• Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct live, hands-on training sessions for client data analysts, supply chain teams, and revenue managers to show them how to "chat with data" and leverage our live data stories.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform configuration issues on- site, serving as the direct feedback loop between the client and our core engineering team.
• Adoption Tracking: Ensure client teams are actively utilizing our platform ensuring high adoption.
Responsibilities, Ideal Candidate Profiles and Qualifications
Responsibilities
The intern's central focus will be information distillation — reviewing large volumes of material, identifying what is relevant, and determining the appropriate next step or follow-up.
Representative responsibilities include:
Auditing and organizing the case management system to ensure files, deadlines, and client records are complete and accurate
Building AI-assisted workflows to process medical records, intake calls, and case documents, allowing attorneys to focus on casework
Drafting client updates and status communications for attorney review and approval
Documenting workflows and procedures to improve efficiency on future cases
Participating in intake and case review meetings and preparing follow-up summaries
Evaluating new AI tools and reporting findings and recommendations to the team
Developing simple dashboards to track case status and identify process bottlenecks
This is a supervised, non-legal support role. The intern will not practice law or provide legal advice, and will work under the direction of attorneys and staff. The intern will be entrusted with confidential client information from day one, and discretion is a core expectation of the role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated the ability to perform under pressure — whether through athletics, business, prior work experience, or another setting requiring resilience and adaptability. Candidates who have taken on new challenges, relocated, led a team, or built trust quickly in an unfamiliar environment are encouraged to apply.
No specific degree is required. Strong candidates will demonstrate:
Initiative to approach ambiguous problems proactively
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing responsibilities without dropping details
The ability to write clearly and effectively on the first draft, including emails, briefs, and status updates
Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic logical reasoning
A genuine interest in AI tools, paired with the discipline to develop real proficiency
Sound judgment regarding confidentiality and the maturity to safeguard sensitive information
The willingness to ask for help or flag issues before they become larger problems
Preferred, but not required: experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, prior exposure to a legal, medical, or insurance setting, or a track record of successfully balancing school, work, and other commitments.
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving instincts and eagerness to learn quickly
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-stakes environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic analytical ability, including the capacity to interpret operational data
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, case management or CRM platforms (e.g., Filevine, CASEpeer, Clio, Litify, Smokeball, HubSpot, or similar)
Genuine interest in legal technology, automation, and process improvement
Comfort using AI tools and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to improve efficiency
A self-starter mindset, with the ability to build processes rather than wait for direction
Trustworthiness with confidential information and a strong commitment to client privacy
