Antai is looking for a CEO for a new ecommerce holding company, based in Mexico City.
đŻ WHAT YOUâLL DO:
- Build a consumer brands portfolio from scratch, based on data points generated by AB tasting methodologies using AI tools.
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Build, lead and motivate a strong team
- Define and execute the marketing and product strategy to achieve the business plan of the company
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
đ WHAT WEâRE LOOKING FOR
- Solid experience (+8 years) in CPG firms, marketplaces or digital B2C companies.
- Strong consumer marketing and product knowledge
- 360 approach to brand building and strategy
- Strong analytics & operational skills with the ability to track and analyze marketing campaigns, operational improvements and other initiatives to show a demonstrable ROI
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Passion for consumer businesses and entrepreneurial mindset
- Last but not least: a sense of humor, a positive âcan-doâ attitude, and fun to work with
