Field Sales Manager
Alpinestars is seeking a sports-minded, enthusiastic, and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our Dealer Developer team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, deep knowledge of the powersports industry, and the ability to coach, manage, and motivate sales teams to drive revenue growth across our US dealer network.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with company goals and expands dealer reach, brand position and revenue growth.
Collaborate and execute sales campaigns, pricing strategies, as well as promotions with distribution partners.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs; deliver regular insights and reports to Senior Management Team.
Track and report progress against key sales KPIs like sales, dealer count growth, sell-through rates, account health as well as sales team development.
Distributor, Dealer & Customer Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, dealers and key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and brand success.
Team Leadership
Oversee performance and profitability across the field sales team.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and motivation for Dealer Developers and the broader distribution team.
Continue to recruit top candidates to grow the field sales team and retain top talent.
Administration
Ensure all documentation, reporting, and budgets are accurate and submitted on schedule.
Develop annual budgets and sales targets for the field sales team.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Powersports industry, motorcycle safety equipment and technical motorcycle products a plus.
Proficiency with ADP Lightspeed or comparable powersports DMS (dealer management software) preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a dealer network.
Willingness to travel extensively (estimated 50–75%) to support dealers and distribution partners nationwide.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and competitor behavior.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field preferred, with 4+ years of relevant sales and/or powersports experience; equivalent combined education and experience will be considered.
