Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel plans including cruise lines, hotels, and full vacation packages
Understand and match client goals with personalized recommendations
Utilize a wide range of travel suppliers to offer the best deals
Provide top-tier service and support through the entire booking process
Keep records organized and up-to-date
Join team trainings and supplier updates to stay sharp and informed
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Great attention to detail and communication skills
Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and client support
Interest in travel and hospitality
Customer service or sales background helpful, but not mandatory
