As a Travel Consultant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our corporate travel services by managing end-to-end travel arrangements and packages for our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences. You will handle flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and customized travel solutions while providing professional support and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to all travel requests from assigned corporate clients, providing timely, accurate, and professional service throughout the travel lifecycle.

Handle corporate travel bookings and sales opportunities for flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, travel insurance, transportation, and other related travel services.

Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes, exchanges, and other travel transactions accurately using GDS and supplier systems.

Maintain strong knowledge of airline products, fare rules, hotel offerings, destination information, visa requirements, travel regulations, baggage policies, health requirements, supplier promotions, and market developments.

Ensure all bookings and travel arrangements comply with corporate travel policies, agreed service standards, supplier terms, and applicable travel regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, quotations, bookings, payments, refunds, ticketing activities, and sales transactions in the CRM and reservation systems.

Prepare and provide quotations, travel options, itineraries, confirmations, invoices, and other required travel documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate closely with the Finance Department to ensure timely payment verification, refund processing, transaction reconciliation, credit control, and compliance with financial procedures.

Coordinate with the Visa Department and relevant suppliers to facilitate the timely and efficient processing of visa applications, travel documentation, and related client requirements.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in airline ticketing, travel consulting, or a related travel industry role.

Proficiency in airline reservation systems, including Amadeus and Galileo (Basic and Advanced levels). .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking platforms.

Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle travel changes and customer concerns effectively.

Proven experience in handling ticketing processes, financial transactions, payments, refunds, and sales activities.
