1. The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.
2. The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders.
Our master plan:
- Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.
- Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026: Over the last 12 months we’ve grown from 3k to 150k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.
- Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider.
- Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2031: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.
- Step 4 → $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication.
In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

BEING A SITE OPERATIONS LEAD AT BOLT PHARMACY
We are building a world-class team.
As Site Operations Lead at Bolt Pharmacy, your fundamental role is to make sure our world class team delivers a world class experience for our customers everyday.
This is not a traditional operations manager role. We operate with a lean team and you’ll maintain high ownership and high accountability. You’ll need high emotional intelligence, relentless standards and a willingness to lead visibly from the front.
If your preference is to observe remotely from behind a computer in an office, this is a bad fit for you. We are on a rocket ship growth trajectory with life changing products, so intensity is paramount.
Your mandate is simple, but that does not mean it will be easy:
- Deliver our operational plans flawlessly
- Take full accountability for the day-to-day performance of the site
- Be a culture vector: set the standards and lead from the front
- Lead on the deployment of new products, technology and automation at the site
Great performance in this role means growth is never constrained by operational readiness, low performance or sloppy processes.
You will be comfortable with forecasting, labour planning, performance management and setting the tone. You will work in partnership with key leaders from across the org to make sure the operation hums.
Given the pace and scale of growth, there is significant opportunity for growth into a more senior role as we scale to be the largest GLP-1 provider in the UK and Europe.
This is a full-time, fully on-site role at Bolt Pharmacy in Blackburn, England.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands-on Leadership: You are an experienced operations leader, comfortable leading leaders & teams in a hands on warehouse environment
- Onwership: You carve out clear goals with your team, setting high standards with clear ownership and pride
- Deliverer:You help define—then turn the dial on—all operational metrics. Our customers deserve the best and you deliver this day-in day-out
- Set the Bar: Reinforce high standards, urgency, ownership, radical candour, care, and low tolerance for mediocrity across every new hire and team. You develop your leads to become exceptional leaders in their own right
- Performance Management: Help retain strong performers, identify high-potential operators, and address underperformance quickly and fairly
- Forecasting: You know what it takes to set up a warehouse for success. You ensure that supply always meets demand, creating and executing flawless daily, weekly, and peak plans
NEED TO HAVE
- Operations Leadership: While the exact industry/sector is not important, you must have ≥5 years leading on-site ops teams in a warehouse/distribution environment.
- Team Building: You have a track record of building strong and capable teams through periods of extensive growth and change. You have lead leaders before.
- Data Driven: Data is your language of love. It underpins your decision making and you leverage it to remove emotion and variability from operational decisions.
- Performance: You need to be comfortable operating in a highly metrics driven environment, where expectations are clearly set and standards relentlessly upheld.
- Integrity: You do the right thing even when no-one is looking and make sure every single person in the org does the same
- Sharpness: You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to build simple systems that enable the org to move faster without getting sloppy
- Collaboration: You are comfortable working directly with senior leadership, especially challenging them when needed
- Ownership: You have helped build and/or protect a high-performance culture where strong people feel challenged and supported, and learning from mistakes is celebrated
NICE TO HAVE
- Startup/scale-up experience: You have worked in a high-growth environment where priorities change quickly, the bar keeps rising, and nobody hands you a playbook
- Regulated experience: You have worked in a heavily regulated environment where sloppy people processes create real risk. This doesn’t scare you
- Systems thinker: You look past the immediate people problem and fix the system that created it
- AI-native: You use AI tools to move faster, improve quality, reduce admin, and increase your own output
- Agentic: You are a doer. You have been pulled into important problems, taken ownership outside your lane, and figured things out without waiting for permission
- Clockspeed: You can get dangerous in a new area quickly
- Range: You can run several important workstreams at once without dropping the ball

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
You get paid above market salary and you get early stage equity, so you get really rich if we nail this.
