Job Responsibilities
Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, POS systems, and facility infrastructure
Troubleshoot technical issues with restaurant equipment to minimize downtime
Conduct preventive maintenance checks and keep detailed maintenance logs
Respond quickly to equipment failures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
Self-initiated certification in relevant technical field (HVAC, electrical, food service equipment, etc.)
Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience
Previous technical role tenure of at least 23 months showing stability and growth
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
