We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to command a multi-million euro spend to secure the partnerships that underpin our client's international expansion.

In this role, you’ll:

Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide

Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of 1M+ procurement spend

Building strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company’s global objectives

Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues, improve operational processes that leverage automation and data

Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations

Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures and adjust strategy accordingly

Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies

Resolve supplier-related issues including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns

Your Profile:

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field

You are experienced in the field of procurement sourcing, supply chain contracting and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment

You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and can clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision

You bring a hands-on mentality – you take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings

You are motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains.

Full business proficiency in German (preferred)

Please note that this position is based onsite in Berlin .
