We help care teams reduce delays and administrative burden so that patients can start treatment faster. Our automation platform combines deep healthcare knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust ops infrastructure.
The Role
As our HR Executive in India, you'll play a key role in managing and scaling our people operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, compliance, and employee experience — while also thinking about how to make things better. We value people who take ownership, identify gaps, and drive solutions. You'll thrive here if you're someone who spots opportunities to make things better and runs with them.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations — onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, and documentation
Handle full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, and offer rollout
Own HRIS administration and drive system adoption across the team
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with external finance/compliance vendors to ensure statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity) are completed accurately and on time — you own the tracking and follow-up
Support employee queries and day-to-day HR needs
Build and improve HR processes to support a growing team
Coordinate with external vendors — payroll providers, background verification, legal counsel
Work closely with the US-based leadership team during overlap hours
Contribute to company-wide people initiatives including performance appraisal cycles, compensation reviews, policy design, and engagement programs
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing team
Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (Keka experience is a plus)
Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and solutions-oriented
Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or health-tech companies
Familiarity with ATS tools like Lever
Experience supporting teams across multiple functions
Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border operations
What We Offer
Opportunity to shape people operations at a fast-growing healthcare AI company
Work directly with senior leadership
Autonomy and ownership in your role
Competitive compensation + ESOPs
