Fulfil.io ERP Coordinator

We're looking for a Fulfil.io ERP Coordinator to join Zima Dental.

If you are technically minded, systems-fluent, and comfortable working inside the detail of an

ERP platform, this could be the role for you.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on Fulfil.io administration, EDI/integration

monitoring, and master data accuracy, ensuring that orders, inventory, and trading partner

connections all function correctly. This position suits a methodical, systems-first professional

who thrives on precision, troubleshooting, and getting the plumbing right rather than heavy

stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Administration – Maintain and configure Fulfil.io , including workflows,

order rules, and user access, ensuring the platform is set up correctly for day-to-day

operations.

Integration & EDI Monitoring – Monitor EDI transactions and API integrations with

trading partners and channels, identifying and resolving failures or mismatches

before they impact fulfilment.

Order & Inventory Data Accuracy – Reconcile order, inventory, and shipment data

across Fulfil.io and connected systems (WMS, 3PL, sales channels), correcting

discrepancies at source.

Master Data Management – Maintain clean, accurate product, customer, and

trading partner records within the ERP to support reliable downstream reporting and

fulfilment.

Reporting & Issue Escalation – Pull operational reports on order flow, integration

health, and exceptions; escalate systemic issues to the wider ops/tech team with

clear diagnostics.

Process Documentation & Improvement – Document standard operating

procedures for ERP processes and contribute to continuous improvement of system

configuration and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

Fulfil.io Experience – Demonstrated hands-on experience administering,

configuring, or working daily within Fulfil.io specifically - not just ERP/OMS platforms

generally.

ERP/Systems Experience - 2–4 years of experience administering or coordinating

an ERP, OMS, or similar operational system within a fast-paced environment.

Technical & Data Fluency – Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with

structured data, integration logs, and system configuration screens.

Detail-Oriented & Diagnostic – Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to

trace a discrepancy back to its root cause across multiple systems.

Operational Understanding – Working knowledge of order management, inventory,

and EDI/integration concepts within either a large company or startup environment.

Bonus Qualifications

E-commerce or Multichannel Fulfilment Exposure – Familiarity with D2C, B2B, or

e-commerce order workflows and multi-channel trading partner setups

Automation/Process Optimisation Experience – Demonstrated ability to build or

improve automated workflows within an ERP to reduce manual reconciliation work.

Multi-Platform ERP Background – Exposure to other ERP/OMS platforms

(NetSuite, Cin7, etc.) alongside Fulfil.io , useful for spotting configuration best

practices.
