Full Set Accountant [ 5 days, Yishun, Construction Company]

Job Title: Full Set Accountant

Salary: Around $4,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Yishun

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset management
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare month-end closing, financial statements, and management reports
• Process employee reimbursements and manage petty cash
• Prepare financial reports and support other accounting-related duties
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA, LCCI, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Relevant experience in the construction industry, handling a full set of accounts independently
• Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Navision, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite , or similar is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
