Product Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a similar role
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong user research skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Experience in requirement gathering and prioritization (PRDs, user stories, backlog management)
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs
• Proven experience in managing product timelines and roadmaps, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, set clear milestones, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to execute product development plans efficiently (engineering, design, marketing, sales).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
