Key Responsibilities:

  • Source suitable suppliers and principals and obtain competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Review supplier quotations and ensure that the offered products comply with the required technical specifications.
  • Review commercial conditions, including price, delivery time, payment terms, quotation validity, incoterms, warranty, and other relevant conditions.
  • Collect and verify the logistics information required for accurate pricing, including weight, dimensions, packing details, country of origin, HS code, shipping terms, and freight costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and principals to obtain the required technical, commercial, and supporting documents.
  • Analyze and compare supplier quotations from technical, commercial, and logistical perspectives.
  • Prepare the technical offer for the Sales team and the required commercial costing information for Management's review and final pricing.
  • Follow up on submitted offers, supplier feedback, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of RFQs, quotations, supplier offers, and related documentation.
  • Identify and highlight technical, commercial, and logistics issues that may affect the quotation or project execution.

Provide the necessary support to the Sales and Logistics teams throughout the tendering and quotation process.

*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. *1-3 years of relevant experience in tendering, procurement, technical sales, or a related field *Good understanding of technical specifications, drawings, datasheets, and BOQs. *Very good understanding of commercial terms, including payment terms, Incoterms, delivery schedules, quotation validity, warranty, and pricing *Good understanding of logistics and international shipping procedures. *Very good supplier sourcing, communication, and follow-up skills. *Very good command of English, both written and spoken. *Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. *High attention to detail and accuracy. *Strong organizational and time-management skills. *Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. *Ability to work effectively with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, suppliers, and principals
