Zen Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly, professional and motivated *Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)* to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Burlington.

We offer a *70% split to the RMT*, flexible scheduling, a fully equipped treatment room, administrative support and opportunities for internal referrals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or newly registered RMT looking to *build or expand their practice* without having to manage the day-to-day operations of a clinic.

Available Days & Hours

*Monday:* 3:00 PM ? 7:00 PM *Tuesday:* 2:00 PM ? 7:00 PM *Thursday:* 2:00 PM ? 7:00 PM *Friday:* 1:00 PM ? 7:00 PM *Sunday:* 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM

*You do not need to be available for all days.* We are happy to create a consistent schedule based on the right candidate's availability.

Evening and weekend availability is especially welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy assessments and treatments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients regarding home care, stretching and injury prevention
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists and other healthcare practitioners when appropriate
• Maintain a professional, welcoming and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the *College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)*
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable and patient-focused
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
