Facilities Maintenance Technician

Details :

• Work Location: Gul Circle
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:30pm; alternate Sat, 8:00am–12:00pm
• Company Progression
• Annual Leave from 14 Days onwards

Jobscope :

• Provide first-level technical support for repair and maintenance works across warehouses, offices and buildings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on repair, maintenance and A&A works.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder requests and provide technical support as required.
• Troubleshoot M&E issues and provide technical guidance to subcontractors.
• Handle administrative tasks including reports, electricity meter readings and obtaining quotations.
• Support domestic travel when required and remain contactable outside office hours when necessary.
• Comply with all safety policies, including the Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
