Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock inventory to ensure store sales are met
- Perform price labelling and replenishment of merchandise on the shelves
- Source and analyse information to gain knowledge on merchandise under your care
- Operate the POS cash register, handle various modes of payments, and pack customer's purchases
- Provide gift wrapping services to customers when required
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and assist them with their needs
- Carry out any duties pertaining to in-store promotions and events
- Perform stocktaking exercises to ensure inventory accuracy
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- N/O Level , Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Energetic, customer-centric oriented, and positive mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful disposition
- Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed learner with high levels of initiative and willingness to learn
- Required to work 5 days in a week following retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
