Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of hair cutting and styling services to clients, including traditional cuts, fades, and beard trims.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the final result.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling customer inquiries.
• Promote retail products to clients, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their overall experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.

Requirements

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
• Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and customer service.
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every client.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques, particularly in upselling products related to hair care and grooming.
• Proficiency in sanitizing tools and maintaining a clean work environment to ensure client safety.
• Expertise in various hair styling techniques to cater to diverse client needs.
