SITE ENGINEER

Attend to customers enquiry and conduct site survey as required

Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers

Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules

Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project

Perform Engineering Design and drawings

Project coordination and documentation

Perform building/site inspections.

Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

Attend progress meetings.

Co-ordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.

Submit tenders, material costing, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

Great networking abilities.

Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

3 years & above working experience in the related field is required for this position

Keen to learn and work independently with minimum guidance.

Able to work under pressure, dynamic, creative and results oriented.

Sound knowledge of construction.

Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

Conversant in regulatory requirements and building codes.

Good knowledge of AutoCad and Revit.

Possess Class 3/3A driving license preferred.
