Job Description & Responsibilities 工作内容与职责
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities 协助策划与执行市场推广、促销及品牌活动
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms 制作、安排并发布有吸引力的社交媒体内容
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring marketing content is delivered on time 协调摄影与视频拍摄，确保市场内容按时完成
- Liaise with corporate management to coordinate marketing strategies, campaign requirements, and project timelines 与公司管理层沟通，协调市场策略、活动需求及项目进度
- Work closely with designers, photographers, content creators, and outlet teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives 与设计师、摄影师、内容创作者及门店团队紧密合作，确保市场活动顺利执行
- Assist in organizing roadshows, events, product launches,workshops, and promotional activities 协助组织路演、活动、产品发布、工作坊及促销活动
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries when required 监测社交媒体互动情况，并在需要时回复咨询
- Prepare marketing materials, posters, brochures, and presentation slides 制作市场推广资料、海报、宣传册及演示文稿
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities 进行基础市场调研与竞争对手分析，发掘趋势与机会
- Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and suppliers for marketing-related projects 与外部供应商、媒体合作伙伴协调市场相关项目
- Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports for management review 跟进活动表现并准备简单报告供管理层参考
- Assist in updating website, e-commerce platforms, and online listings 协助更新网站、电商平台及线上内容
- Support daily administrative tasks within the Marketing Department 协助市场部日常行政工作
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management 完成管理层安排的其他临时任务
Requirements 任职要求
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 市场营销、传播、商业或相关专业大专/学位
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English(Chinese is an advantage) 具备良好的英语书写与沟通能力（会中文者优先）
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu,and other social media platforms 熟悉Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、小红书等社交媒体平台
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, orother content creation tools is an advantage 具备 Canva、Adobe Photoshop、CapCut 等内容制作工具基础者优先
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented 有创意，做事有条理且注重细节
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 能同时处理多个项目并按时完成
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn 态度积极，愿意学习
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills 具备良好的团队合作及人际沟通能力
