📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and updating the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements.
- Coordinate design models with other disciplines to ensure accuracy, clash-free design, and compliance with BIM standards and LOD.
- Review and manage data exchange of models to ensure completeness and quality.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, tracking and driving issue resolution.
- Support submission of BIM models and drawings to local authorities.
- Maintain communication with design consultants and construction teams to ensure model-site alignment.
- Support BIM Manager in driving BIM workflows, standards enforcement, and deliverables management.
🎓 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or model management.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage.
- Experience in airport projects is highly advantageous.
