IT & IS Engineer

1. Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and consultation for hardware, software, network, email, internet, and specialized applications.
2. Monitor and maintain information systems including Server, Network, ERP, BPM, CCTV, and Internet.
3. Manage IT equipment procurement, asset register, and user accounts/permissions via ERP and BPM systems.
4. Resolve issues with desktops, laptops, network devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals; install software and system updates.
5. Prepare IT documentation and forms.

6.IT security, manage and control parent company services/systems, including IT equipment settings, prepare IT equipment procurement documents, contact overseas work. 7.- Administration and management and development all Server, Network, IT Infrastructure.

• Administration and management and development Infor SyteLine ERP and TigerSoft HRM.
• Administration and management and improvement SQL Database, IT Security, Antivirus Center.
• Administration and management and improvement all Hardware and Software.
• Administration and management and improvement CCTV System and E-Mail Hosting.
• Administration and management and improvement Data Backup and Recovery.
• Administration and management and improvement Web Site and Social Network.
• Provide assistance about all IT System to the users.

Qualifications:

1. All genders
2. 25-35 Years old
3. Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
4. 2 years above of experience in IT Infrastructure.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills
6. Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity and IT compliance.
7. Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SQL, ERP systems, and backup technologies.
8. Excellent communication skills in English
