About the Role

As a Junior Shipping Agency Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of shipping agency activities, communicate with different stakeholders, and follow up on vessel and shipment-related operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.

0–2 years of relevant experience in shipping agency or maritime operations. Previous experience with a shipping agency is a must . Strong English communication skills , both written and spoken. Basic understanding of shipping documentation and maritime operations. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Good command of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
