Administer, operate, maintain, and support Microsoft SharePoint environments and related services.

Manage and maintain . NET-based applications and systems , ensuring their availability, performance, and stability.

Administer electronic services and workflows developed and deployed on the SharePoint platform.

Manage databases and ensure effective integration and interoperability between different systems and applications.

Perform regular system and application updates, maintenance, and enhancements while ensuring security, performance, and operational stability .

Monitor application and system performance, identify potential issues, and perform troubleshooting and problem resolution .

Ensure the seamless integration, availability, and operational stability of existing and future systems and applications.

Coordinate with relevant technical and business departments to ensure effective system operations and service delivery.

Provide technical support and participate in resolving incidents and issues related to SharePoint, .NET applications, workflows, and system integrations.

Maintain appropriate technical documentation related to systems, applications, configurations, and operational procedures.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in managed technical services, systems administration, application support, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration and support.

Experience in managing and supporting .NET applications and systems .

Good knowledge of SharePoint Workflows and electronic services .

Experience with database administration and system integration .

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application and system issues.

Fluency in Arabic and English , both written and spoken.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within an integrated technical team and collaborate with relevant departments.

Ability to work full-time on-site at the college premises .
