Document Scanning & Data Management Assistant
Role Objective
Support a document digitization and records management exercise by accurately scanning, organizing, renaming, uploading and transferring documents into the designated shared storage folder.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan documents including agreements for sale, IDS, KRA PIN certificates, sub-leases, transfers and sectional titles.
- Save, rename and organize scanned documents accurately.
- Upload scanned files into the designated joint storage folder.
- Transfer data from law firms’ folders to the joint storage folder.
- Follow written instructions and established document management procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE minimum grade C Plain.
- Basic computer literacy, including operating scanners, saving and renaming files, and navigating shared drives.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- Diploma or Degree, completed or in progress, in Records Management, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous administration, filing or document management experience is an advantage.
- Nairobi-based or able to commute throughout the exercise.
- Must be fully available for the entire exercise. Applicants currently working or attending classes may not be suitable.
