Speech Therapist [WCAN]

• Provide professional speech therapy assessment, consultation and treatment to patients.
• Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate individualised treatment plans.
• Adhere to established clinical protocols, guidelines and procedures.
• Discuss therapy goals and care plans with patients and/or caregivers.
• Provide training, guidance and supervision to Therapy Assistants to ensure quality service delivery.
• Assist in coordinating staff deployment and caseload coverage.
