Retail Associate [AY]

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented Retail Associates who enjoy engaging with customers and have a genuine interest in wellness products. You will be responsible for providing attentive service, recommending suitable products and creating a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
• Explain product benefits, features and usage clearly and confidently.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets through product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
• Support ongoing sales campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Keep up to date with the full product range, including new arrivals and best-selling items.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
• Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Handle customer feedback, enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the team to achieve store targets and improve overall store performance.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented, approachable and confident when engaging with customers.
• Possesses a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales-driven with the ability to recommend products effectively.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest in wellness, aromatherapy and natural products.
• Comfortable using POS systems and performing basic inventory tasks.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours

5 or 6-day, 44-hour work week between 10am to 10pm, including weekends and public holidays.
