Education:
Bachelor's degree.

Tasks:
- Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians.
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials.
- Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials.
- Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives.
- Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements.
- Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.
- Operate machines and equipment.
- Operate laser cutters.
- Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
- Create unique artwork.
Supervision:
1 to 2 people.
Computer and technology knowledge:
- iOS.
- InDesign.
- Adobe Suite.
- Adobe Illustrator.
- Adobe Photoshop.
Equipment and machinery experience:
Saws.
Metal forming or shaping operations experience:
Bending.
Parts specialization:
Carpentry/woodworking machinery.
