Customer Service Officer (Warehouse)

A logistics process only runs really smoothly when the customer and operations are perfectly aligned. And that's where you come in; as a Customer Service Officer (Warehouse), you'll be the main point of contact for customers and the link to our operations. You'll maintain an overview, resolve issues and ensure that agreements are honoured.

No two days are the same. You'll liaise with customers, process orders, monitor progress and ensure that everything runs smoothly, both administratively and operationally.

• First point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
• Processing and checking administrative tasks in the WMS/TMS.
• Daily coordination with the warehouse operations team.
• Informing and advising customers and providing them with appropriate feedback.
• Preparing reports and analyses.
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to solutions.
