About this role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in CI/CD practices and observability, ensuring system reliability, performance, and fast incident resolution.
What you’ll do
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software releases
Automate manual processes and workflows to improve efficiency across the software development lifecycle
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, and proactively resolve issues
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes
Ensure system security, compliance, and implementation of best DevSecOps practices
Manage version control systems and support code integration processes
Maintain and improve system scalability, reliability, and performance
Identify areas for continuous improvement in delivery pipelines and infrastructure
Support incident management, change management, and deployment activities
Who you are
2-3 years of experience in DevOps
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
Solid understanding of observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
Experience with Kubernetes (EKS or similar) and containerized environments
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Scripting and automation skills
Experience with incident response and production support
Familiarity with DevOps metrics (e.g., DORA) and best practices
