Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Guide customers in making purchasing decisions and provide product information. Handle transactions using POS systems and maintain accurate sales records. Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store. Assist with inventory checks and stock management. Resolve customer issues and escalate complaints when necessary. Meet sales targets and support promotional activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good customer service orientation and sales acumen. Basic math and computer skills. Team player with the ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and a well-groomed appearance. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn.
